2020 Australian Food Awards Cancelled Food
Recognising the widespread continued impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, the Royal Agricultural Society of Victoria (RASV) has made the difficult decision to cancel the 2020 Australian Food Awards (AFA). After extensive consultation with our AFA Industry Advisory Group, the consensus was that the health and safety of the community and all those involved in the delivery of the Award Program was at the forefront in making this decision.

RASV to deliver the "Recharge Program" for drought and fire affected communities
Recharge Program is an innovative initiative, endorsed by the Minister for Agriculture, that provides relief to drought and bushfire affected communities and aims to helps build resilience in our farming communities. Regional communities are some of the most vibrant and resilient in Australia. However, if you live in regional, rural or remote areas, you are less likely to have access to support services and professionals that can provide help and support when times are tough.

Judging of the 2020 Australian International Beer Awards to be postponed Beer
Due to the ongoing health warning regarding Coronavirus (COVID-19), The Royal Agricultural Society of Victoria (RASV) has made the difficult decision to postpone the judging of the 2020 Australian International Beer Awards (AIBA). The AIBA was scheduled to commence judging at Melbourne Showgrounds on Wednesday 13 May, concluding on Friday 15 May.
